近日法国巴黎司法法院审理 Lacoste 与 SHEIN 商标纠纷案并作出临时裁定：在终审判决前，禁止 SHEIN 在欧盟范围内销售带有疑似仿冒 Lacoste 鳄鱼标识的服装、珠宝及时尚配饰； Recently, the Paris Judicial Court of France made a preliminary ruling in the trademark dispute between Lacoste and SHEIN. Pending the final judgment, SHEIN is prohibited from selling clothing, jewelry and fashion accessories with marks imitating Lacoste’s crocodile logo across the EU. SHEIN is required to pay a EUR 110,000 advance compensation to Lacoste, and publish the ruling prominently on its official website and mobile app for one month to avoid consumer confusion.
