品牌方提交 WIPO 国际域名仲裁，仲裁庭认定域名注册、使用完全出于恶意敲诈牟利，判令投机者无偿转移域名至品牌方，永久禁止其注册该品牌相关衍生域名，同时将勒索证据移交当地网络监管部门处置。
Domain speculators registered independent website domains related to the Keyoxy brand, built blank e-commerce websites, and repeatedly sent extortion emails to compliant Amazon sellers, demanding that they buy back the domains at high prices, otherwise they would file mass complaints against the platform and have their product links removed.
The brand submitted the matter to WIPO international domain arbitration. The arbitration tribunal determined that the domain registration and use were entirely motivated by malicious extortion and profiteering, ordering the speculators to transfer the domains to the brand free of charge, permanently prohibiting them from registering any derivative domains related to the brand, and transferring the evidence of extortion to the local internet regulatory authorities for further action.
