7月27日，瑞幸官方微博转发了泰国知名律所Tilleke&Gibbins发布的一则消息。消息显示，泰国专门案件上诉法院近日宣布，瑞幸咖啡诉泰国瑞幸商标侵权案二审胜诉，维持一审原判。法院认定被告恶意抢注商标和侵权行为，判令被告撤销已注册的瑞幸商标，永久禁止在与咖啡业务相关的经营活动中使用瑞幸商标，包括“LUCKINCOFFEE”“瑞幸咖啡”以及鹿头标识。同时，法院判令被告向瑞幸赔付损害赔偿金1000万泰铢，外加逾8500万泰铢的持续性损害赔偿金，总金额累计逾9500万泰铢（约合1918万元人民币）。

The court found that the defendant maliciously registered trademarks and engaged in infringement, and ordered the defendant to revoke the registered Luckin Coffee trademark, permanently prohibiting the use of the Luckin Coffee trademark in business activities related to coffee, including "LUCKENCOFFEE", "Luckin Coffee", and the deer head logo. At the same time, the court ordered the defendant to compensate Luckin for damages of 10 million Thai baht, plus over 85 million Thai baht in ongoing damages, totaling over 95 million Thai baht (approximately 19.18 million RMB).
